Special Inclusions

  • Decor Setup & Cleanup – All dinnerware, glassware, tables, chairs, and linens included. Decor includes greenery, baby’s breath, and floating candles (additional florals available for an upcharge).

  • Catering – Choice of meat (e.g., Chicken or Pulled Pork), two sides (e.g., Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans), dinner rolls, and a choice of drink (e.g., Sweet Tea or Water). Two food servers included.

  • Wedding Cake – Two-tiered traditional wedding cake.

  • Day-of Coordinators – Wedding coordinators available to direct vendors, manage setup, and coordinate the ceremony (extended assistance available for an upcharge).

  • Complimentary Overnight Stay – Bride and Groom enjoy overnight accommodations in The Ava Suite.
